Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MS Global Growth processes personal data. This document is illustrative and not legal advice.

Data we process
Account data (name, email, organisation), platform usage data (workload, pipeline and automation activity), support correspondence, and technical logs required to operate the service.
Why we process it
To provide and secure the platform, to meter usage for billing, to support customers, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer content to train shared models.
Organisation isolation
Customer data is scoped to the organisation that owns it and protected by row-level security policies. Access by MS Global Growth staff is limited, role-based and recorded in audit logs.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and communication providers to run the service. A current list is available on request under a signed agreement.
Retention
Account records are retained while the agreement is active. Telemetry is retained for up to 13 months. Deletion requests are executed within the window defined in the customer agreement.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@msglobalgrowth.com.
International transfers
Where data moves between regions, transfers rely on appropriate contractual safeguards. Regional residency options are available for enterprise agreements.
