These terms govern the MS Global Growth website and platform. This document is illustrative and not legal advice.

Agreement
Using the MS Global Growth website or platform means accepting these terms. Enterprise customers are additionally governed by a signed master services agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for the security of credentials, and for the actions of users you invite into your organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach isolation between organisations, probe the platform without authorisation, resell capacity without agreement, or process content unlawfully.
Service levels
Published performance figures describe observed behaviour and are not commitments. Availability, latency and support commitments exist only where stated in a signed agreement. MS Global Growth does not offer unlimited infrastructure or guaranteed performance.
Fees and usage
Plans are billed in advance and metered usage in arrears. Usage counters in the console are the reference for invoicing. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.
Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, data is exported or deleted per the agreed procedure.
Intellectual property
MS Global Growth retains rights to its platform, tooling and reference architectures. Deliverables produced for a customer are assigned as defined in the engagement contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
